1. Eat Live Run:
What I like: Between postings about meat and dessert, Jenna has a lot of scrumptious vegetarian and vegan recipes, beautiful food photography, and a down-to-earth blog personality. This girl understands the value of balance.
Best dishes: Shrimp enchiladas verde, goat cheese, fig, and bacon flatbreads, and quinoa with roasted tomatoes, walnuts, and olives.
2. What a Nutritionist Eats:
What I like: Emily, even though she left me trembling in my Minnesota boots for sunshine and avocados in California, the "Build It Better" section with suggestions for making your favorite foods healthier, and specific advice on what to eat when training for a marathon. I don't do that. Though still.
The best dishes: Sandwich with artichokes, spinach, white beans, date, corn, and goat cheese salad B. Ghanoush
3. Honestly Ella
What I like: Erin's (yes, Erin, not Ella) knowledge of vegetables, her abundance of wholesome vegetarian meals that don't taste vegetarian, and her really stunning photography, which makes me want to live on a farm.
Top recipes: Chipotle Sweet Potato, Black Bean, and Guacamole Tacos, Pumpkin Oat Bread, and Soba Noodles with Honey Soy Dressing
